The F&I; Manager develops ongoing customer relationships while handling financing, insurance, warranties, and aftermarket products. You will collaborate throughout the dealership and maintain knowledge of manufacturer programs, rebates, leasing, and incentives. The position also requires compliance with Ontario and Canadian laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell financing, repair contracts, GAP insurance, and aftermarket products
- Prepare transaction documentation, contracts, registrations, submissions, and funding
- Maintain manufacturer, dealership, and supplier reports and records




- Update customers and staff about vehicle delivery progress
- Resolve complaints professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative team approach
- Skilled demeanor, appearance, and engaging attitude
- Problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail
- Computer skills and technology understanding; DMS experience is an asset
