The Director, Pharmacy Operations Region oversees pharmacies within an assigned region. This leadership role coaches, develops, and trains pharmacy teams while supporting safe, effective practice and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and sustain national pharmacy standards and processes
- Plan weekly pharmacy store visits around business priorities
- Review labour projections and task management with Pharmacy Managers

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Three to seven years of progressive management experience
- Operational experience, preferably across multi-unit locations
- Robust leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
- Regular travel, often requiring overnight stays
