Perform chemistry specimen testing overnight at LifeLabs, applying analytical skills and accuracy to support timely diagnostic reporting. This permanent full-time role works 23:00 to 07:00.

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will conduct diagnostic and interpretive testing within LifeLabs’ teaching laboratories. The position involves sample processing, result interpretation, quality assurance, patient confidentiality, and laboratory analyzer use. You will also support students, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic and interpretive chemistry specimen testing
- Prepare, process, label, and document samples accurately
- Perform, interpret, and release confidential patient results




- Identify non-conformities and develop corrective action plans
- Maintain safety, quality, and organized laboratory standards

Requirements:

- Medical Laboratory Science diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
- Current CMLTO registration in valuable standing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office and laboratory analyzers
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality standards
