As Project Change Coordinator, you will support a shaft sinking project with change, trend, early warning, and claims controls. You will coordinate cost and schedule assessments, maintain accurate registers, and prepare practical information for project decisions. The position reports to the Project Controls Manager within the Project Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain change, trend, early warning, and claims registers
- Record scope, status, actions, dates, cost, and schedule impacts
- Coordinate documentation, approvals, follow-up, and contractual deadlines
- Prepare change and trend reports for internal and client use




- Support claims reviews, negotiations, and dispute avoidance

Requirements:

- Three to five years in project controls, commercial, or change management
- Strong Excel skills and careful data quality attention
- Transparent written communication and organized stakeholder information management
- Confidence raising emerging issues and following up actions
- Canadian citizenship or written authorization to work in Canada
