Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with varied internal and external clients
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through group mailboxes
- Prepare purchase orders and progress advances




- Protect CMHC security-interest registrations and maintain required documentation
- Deliver services meeting standards, turnaround times, and audit requirements

Requirements:

- Relevant college diploma or undergraduate degree
- At least one year of finance or customer service experience
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
