Lead actuarial analytics at Intact through technical guidance, project leadership, and a hybrid work model supporting national underwriting operations.

As Team Lead, Actuarial, you will guide two to three actuarial analysts within Operational Performance Analytics. You will combine hands-on analysis with coaching, recommendations, and stakeholder collaboration. The team delivers insights supporting operational excellence, productivity, growth, and service quality across underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a small team of two to three actuarial analysts
- Provide technical advice and ensure analysts’ work quality
- Analyze reports and recommend underwriting performance improvements
- Evaluate, develop, and coach team members
- Represent OPA with working groups, committees, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science
- Minimum five years of experience
- Coaching experience; one year is a major asset
- Solid actuarial techniques and technical skills
- FCAS or FCIA designation and Quebec bilingualism are assets or requirements
