Support finance integration, forecasting, and reporting as an Analyst, Business Planning, Corporate Affairs in a versatile hybrid work environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Planning, you will support Ontario Teachers’ Corporate Affairs team. Your work will connect budgeting, accruals, variance analysis, and divisional planning. You will also contribute to data quality, Power BI reporting, approved AI tools, and legal invoice coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate financial information for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Assist with budget preparation, forecast inputs, and variance analysis
- Prepare reporting summaries, dashboards, and senior leadership analysis
- Reconcile planning information with Finance systems and files




- Identify trends and inconsistencies affecting reporting accuracy

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft 365 applications
