Manage regional systems, networking, and hotel technology for Accor across Ontario. Support users, infrastructure, and recovery services through regional technology operations.

Reporting to the Regional Director, IT, Central Canada, this System Administrator joins the Regional Technology Services team. The position addresses user problems under Service Level Agreements while maintaining workstations, Wi-Fi equipment, backups, and inventories. It also supports PCI initiatives, hotel IT projects, and regional technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve regional colleague Help Desk tickets
- Deploy and maintain employee workstation hardware
- Maintain guest and back-of-house Wi-Fi equipment
- Review Cortex XDR antivirus logs and resolve issues
- Participate in regional after-hours on-call support

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years in system administration and networking
- A+ and Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification
- Cisco certification or equivalent experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
