As Senior Manager, Workforce Readiness, you will lead enablement across Microsoft Copilot, Unified Employee Agent, and Agentic AI programs. The work requires business acumen, program management, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will connect readiness, learning, governance, and adoption across enterprise workstreams while supporting protected AI use.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change strategies, plans, and communications across AI programs
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and impact evaluations
- Establish champion and AI Advocate networks




- Define adoption measures, readiness indicators, and engagement KPIs
- Drive post-launch reinforcement and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- 8+ years in change management or workforce transformation
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency translating AI concepts into communications and training
- Experience with stakeholder plans and OCM frameworks
- Ability to deliver structure through ambiguity
