As an IT and Systems Integration Specialist, you will provide hands-on support across multiple small business entities. You will troubleshoot connectivity, accounts, devices, and systems while coordinating with external providers. The work also includes process improvement, software integration, and technology project support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day technology support across all business entities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues

Requirements:
