As Manager, Mortgage Specialty Services, you will lead the mobile mortgage services team. You will support member-focused mortgage and basic financial solutions while pursuing opportunities to grow memberships and deepen relationships. The role also contributes to Conexus’ residential mortgage market presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop, and coach Mobile Mortgage Specialists and Associates
- Ensure solutions meet members’ needs and financial goals
- Pursue mortgage opportunities through networking and community involvement




- Identify business development opportunities supporting membership growth
- Recommend strategies using market and competitor insights

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ consumer lending experience
- Minimum two years’ leadership experience
- Experience coaching high-performing sales or advice-based teams
- Solid knowledge of residential mortgages and mortgage products
- Ability to build productive external and internal relationships
