Lead Cambian Group’s specialist mental health operations through performance management, safeguarding, and quality assurance across Merida. Work with managers and agencies to support young people.

As Regional Manager Specialist Mental Health, you will provide operational management support and managerial guidance across children’s services. The role focuses on efficient coordination, legislative compliance, occupancy, and service quality. You will work with Local Authorities, customers, and managers to achieve robust outcomes for young people and maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate performance management systems and monthly audits
- Ensure Merida meets Statement of Purpose standards
- Maintain occupancy while protecting quality standards




- Support managers with safeguarding and notifiable events
- Investigate complaints and attend neighborhood meetings

Requirements:

- Relevant sector degree or Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong understanding of children’s services law
- Business growth and development responsibility
- Minimum five years managing children’s services
