Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across three clinical research sites
- Develop objectives, timelines, strategies, and milestone monitoring
- Manage multi-site budgets, expenditures, projections, and resource optimization




- Supervise staff, volunteers, training, evaluations, contracts, and leave
- Coordinate ethics, data quality, sharing, and project reporting

Requirements:

- Master's degree in psychology, psychiatry, nursing, or administration
- Experience managing projects and teams
