This Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support for the SEC team, reporting to the Manager, Electrical Engineering. The work includes correspondence, records, procurement, scheduling, and financial documentation. The assignment supports section staff and contractors through coordinated information and reliable office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to section staff
- Proofread and process technical and confidential correspondence
- Coordinate procurement, invoices, purchase orders, and financial records
- Schedule training and maintain attendance and project records




- Manage supplies, safety equipment, and office equipment maintenance

Requirements:

- Secondary school education in office administration or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of business administration concepts and contemporary office methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Basic mathematics, keyboarding, grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
