As Operations Manager, you will oversee Keele Distribution Centre activities within Operations & Supply Chain. You will lead supervisors and frontline employees while managing labour planning, KPIs, inventory accuracy, quality, and customer service commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily night-shift operations and operational performance
- Manage labour planning, scheduling, staffing, budgets, and resources
