Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain, you will translate S&OP; plans into executable operational plans. The Director will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across North American manufacturing facilities. Success requires demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and fact-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the weekly Sales and Operations Execution process
- Coordinate demand, supply, production, distribution, transportation, and sales teams
- Translate approved S&OP; plans into executable operational plans




- Resolve operational issues and manage exceptions centrally
- Develop scenarios addressing demand fluctuations and capacity constraints

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years in supply chain or related functions
- Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments
- Expertise in demand, supply, and inventory planning
- Robust analytical, communication, collaboration, and change management skills
- Fluent bilingualism in French and English
