This position requires solid manufacturing finance experience, commercial acumen, and practical judgment. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial information integrity
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and financial modeling
- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and lender reporting
- Develop product costing, inventory valuation,



and profitability analysis
- Partner with operations to improve margins, productivity, and working capital

Requirements:

- CPA designation
- Progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow
- Experience with product costing and inventory accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP skills
