Lead complex business analysis for Wawanesa’s Direct Venture using requirements, customer journeys and cross-functional change leadership in a hybrid environment.

As Lead Business Analyst, you will guide large initiatives shaping a new direct insurer. You will connect members, business teams and technology through explicit analysis. The work includes business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery for ambiguous, cross-functional and high-risk initiatives
- Translate objectives and insights into requirements and features
- Analyze customer and operational journeys across business areas
- Resolve conflicts and present impacts, options and trade-offs
- Coach analysts and improve analysis practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum seven years of business analysis experience
- Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- CBAP or CIP designation is an asset
