You will attract undergraduate and graduate candidates, support workforce planning, and strengthen SOTI’s employer brand. The role focuses on relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners
- Lead full-cycle internship, co-op, and early-career recruitment
- Convert high-performing interns into full time employees
- Execute career fairs, interviews, tours,



and networking events
- Deliver positive candidate experiences throughout recruitment

Requirements:

- Three to four years supporting campus recruitment initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship-building and networking confidence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Flexibility to travel within Ontario and attend events
