Provide clinical patient transport in person at Shared Health's Health Sciences Centre, using Primary Care Paramedic skills and patient-care experience. Support interfacility transport across Manitoba’s health system.

This full-time Primary Care Paramedic position serves the SH-Interfacility Patient Transport Team. The role draws on pre-hospital care, patient relations, emergency response systems, and Digital Health technology. Shared Health coordinates patient-centered clinical services throughout Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-hospital care as a Primary Care Paramedic
- Transport patients between healthcare facilities and services
- Use Shared Health ERS technology and equipment
- Apply clinical protocols, care maps, and associated documents




- Respond during physically and emotionally demanding situations

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved Primary Care Paramedic program
- Hold Manitoba paramedic registration in positive standing
- Maintain a valid Class IV Manitoba driver’s licence
- Hold Basic Life Support level C or equivalent
- Complete required fitness assessment and clinical knowledge test
