The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations at one of two Ontario locations. You will recruit, train, supervise, and review staff while managing schedules, inventory, cash, and customer concerns. The position requires English, operational organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Monitor performance and conduct performance reviews
- Balance cash and complete required financial forms
- Address customer complaints and concerns

Requirements:

- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Two to less than three years of experience
- English language ability
- Knowledge of MS Office and related applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
