Secretariat seeks an Associate for its growing domestic and international Valuation and Damages practice. You will work with senior professionals and testifying experts on business valuations, economic damages, disputes, and arbitrations. The work includes research, financial modeling, expert reports, client communications, and hearing support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare expert reports addressing business valuation and economic damages
- Conduct economic, financial, industry, and company-specific research
- Build, review, and interpret financial and valuation models




- Analyze information and communicate findings clearly
- Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
- Progress toward CBV, CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Approximately one to three years of relevant experience
- Robust Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent English writing, verbal, and presentation skills
