TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for Bilingual Business analyst

This is a 12 month contract located in Scarborough, ON / Hybrid (Hybrid/ 3 days office)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

- 5 + years of Experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, process improvement, testing, or technology implementation.
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Branch, Project, business, technology, and external partners.
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call support environment as business or operational needs require.
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-To-Have Skills:





- Experience and knowledge with retail banking operations is an asset
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review information, identify issues, and contribute to practical solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Branch, business, technology, Project, and external partners
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
