As Pattern Making Lead, you lead specialized Pattern Makers from maker phase through pre-production. You support Arc’teryx design intent, product aesthetics, construction, fit, and quality. The role partners with Product Development, Product Operations, designers, product developers, and cut and sew teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and guide technical Pattern Makers daily
- Oversee concept, prototype, and approved base size patterns
- Manage workloads and timelines across product creation
- Establish standard fit by product category and end-use




- Document construction standards and illustrated technical specifications

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years’ pattern making experience
- Two-plus years at senior level in technical apparel or equipment
- Understanding of product lifecycle, design intent, construction, production, and fit
- Leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Pattern Making software, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office skills
