Lead complex product development and global launches at DECIEM as a Senior Project Manager on a fixed-term contract through March 2028.

This senior position connects Scientific, Supply Chain, Brand and Finance teams across DECIEM’s portfolio pipeline. You will manage roadmaps, budgets, timelines and risks while partnering with Senior Leadership and developing junior Project Managers. The work spans research and development through global launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own portfolio projects across Brand, Scientific and Supply Chain teams
- Lead end-to-end product development and global launches
- Manage scope, resources, budgets, deliverables and timelines
- Identify risks, mitigate deviations and escalate key decisions




- Coach junior Project Managers toward successful delivery

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of project management experience
- Three or more years of people management or leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Solid risk management and Senior Leadership communication skills
- Wrike, Agile and Waterfall project management proficiency
