Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Senior Analyst focused on AI and automation. You will develop Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, maintain SharePoint content, and create Power BI reporting. The work also includes SQL analysis, prompt refinement, testing, and collaboration with audit, risk, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, test, and maintain Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate flows
- Maintain SharePoint content and control libraries for traceable answers
- Refine prompts, test cases, accuracy tracking, and hallucination monitoring




- Create Power BI dashboards covering usage, accuracy, and audit coverage
- Analyze controls data with SQL and support user onboarding

Requirements:

- One to three years in analytics, automation, or technology
- Hands-on Copilot Studio or comparable agent framework experience
- Strong Power BI skills, including data modelling and DAX
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Platform
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
