Lead turnaround execution for Cenovus, coordinating schedules, contractors, resources, and protected delivery across Alberta Oil Sands sites.

The Maintenance Specialist translates integrated plans into action during turnaround events. This full-time employee role works a shift rotation at Christina Lake, Christina Lake North, Foster Creek, and/or Sunrise. Collaboration includes planners, schedulers, coordinators, contractors, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate turnaround resources, schedules, execution plans, costs, and critical paths
- Facilitate execution meetings, action tracking, milestones, and turnover requirements
- Lead contractor mobilization, support services, and turnaround event execution
- Audit work packages and support risk mitigation planning




- Lead close-out activities, reporting, and lessons learned

Requirements:

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum twelve years in turnaround and maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
- Demonstrated leadership leading multidisciplinary teams
- Trade certification, Steam ticket, engineering qualification, or equivalent
- Ability to travel, maintain Class 5 licensing, and pass required assessments
