As an Order Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist, you will process orders from entry through delivery while supporting customer experience. The permanent Operations position coordinates with North American fulfillment partners, Canadian sales, and Headquarters. Your work combines order management, logistics, stock optimization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders accurately and maintain policy compliance
- Manage delivery dates, assignments, and activity closure
- Maintain backlog accuracy and update CRM information
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and warehouse receiving
- Monitor stock, customs, duties, and logistics performance

Requirements:

- Two to three years of relevant experience
- Order management or customer service experience
- English and French fluency
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, and CRM management
- Analytical, structured, and resilient working approach
