Key Responsibilities:

- Manage capital projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Develop annual capital budgets, forecasts, and replacement plans

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a related technical field
- Minimum five years of relevant project or facilities experience
- Experience managing several-hundred-thousand-dollar to multimillion-dollar projects
- Knowledge of construction, mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver's licence, transportation, and Southern Alberta travel availability
