Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan seeks a Surface Safety Coordinator for its Health & Safety Team. This position supports safety programs, policies, procedures, training, and continual improvement. The role contributes to compliance across the McIlvenna Bay project as commercial production approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and local requirements
- Develop and review safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, inspections, and audits
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate mine rescue,



emergency response, and evacuation planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent occupational health and safety experience
- Minimum five years in health and safety coordination
- Required Safety Officer or Safety Coordinator certification
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and industry standards
- Solid communication, analytical, training, and organizational skills
