As Senior Manager, Product Manager, you will deliver roadmap capabilities for Global Capital Markets Transformation. You will manage backlogs, coordinate Agile delivery, and partner across business and technology teams. The work supports measurable business outcomes, user needs, and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the roadmap established by the Senior Product Manager
- Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog
- Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support sprint planning, reviews, releases,



and continuous improvement
- Monitor adoption, risks, controls, and business outcomes

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
- Five or more years in product management or related fields
- Understanding of Capital Markets products and trading workflows
- Agile backlog and business requirements experience
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
