As Director, Construction, you will lead Project Managers across recent-build and redeveloped homes from pre-construction through closeout. You will set delivery strategy, establish program controls, review execution plans, and address schedule, budget, quality, and operational risks. The position requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, authorities, leadership, and long-term care operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-project redevelopment through occupancy and closeout
- Set delivery strategy, standards, governance, and program controls
- Review budgets, schedules, procurement, and change management




- Own risk management, financial reporting, and corrective action
- Mentor Project Managers and report status to leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant construction discipline
- 12+ years' construction delivery experience and 5+ leadership years
- Experience managing new-build projects valued at $100M+
- Healthcare, institutional, long-term care, or high-rise experience
- Advanced budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and stakeholder management skills
