Serve Allstate customers through insurance policy support, billing inquiries, and personalized service in Markham, Ontario. This is an onsite agency designation.

The Regional Service Agent answers customer questions by phone and in person. You will explain Allstate policies, manage renewals, process policy changes, and respond to online requests. The position reports to the Sales Market Leader and supports customer loyalty through accurate, relationship-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond professionally to customer policy inquiries
- Provide personalized insurance guidance as a Trusted Advisor
- Promote Allstate features during portfolio reviews
- Manage renewals and policy changes
- Meet performance and attendance metrics

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- More than one year of customer service experience
- General Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to commute and work from home when required
