Shape medical education strategy for Alexion’s HNT division through physician needs assessment, knowledge translation, and innovative learning approaches.

Reporting to a Disease Area Director, the Medical Education Lead develops and delivers education across Haematology, Nephrology, and Transplant. The role integrates healthcare skilled needs with therapeutic-area and business priorities. It also ensures outcome-focused programs remain responsive, compliant, and practice-changing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify physician education needs and address KAB gaps
- Set disease-area education strategy and learning journeys
- Develop innovative programs with physician associations and KEEs
- Align partners around scientific narratives and field implementation




- Manage vendors against compliance guidelines and Alexion standards

Requirements:

- Ability to lead medical education development and delivery
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Capability to cultivate relationships with KEEs and professional bodies
- Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekend travel
- Commitment to applicable industry guidelines and compliance standards
