This mid-level Platform Engineer, Digital Workplace role supports a large retail client’s People & Culture Technology team. The work spans SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, identity and access management, and enterprise SaaS platforms. You will build, test, deploy, and support platform changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engineer and configure enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
- Administer SharePoint Online in a complex enterprise workplace
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft 365 platforms
- Build automation, scripts, integrations,

- Own changes through deployment and production support

Requirements:

- Four or more years supporting enterprise applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong hands-on SharePoint Online engineering and administration experience
- Experience with Teams, OneDrive, Groups, and identity integration
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, or Power Automate
- Understanding of permissions, SSO, OAuth, security controls, and governance
