As Foreman, you will supervise field employees and manage resources for productivity, quality, and safety. Read blueprints, coordinate workforce needs, and support commercial construction projects. Your work spans walls and ceilings at client sites from downtown locations to Northern British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead field employees and assign work efficiently
- Perform steel stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceilings
- Coordinate workforce needs with the Project Manager
- Lead safety meetings and workplace inspections
- Complete reports, updates, and project correspondence

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years commercial drywall and steel stud experience
- Proven architectural or construction trade experience
- Experience supervising crews and maintaining productivity
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and best practices
- Ability to work safely at heights
