As Supervisor, Visitor Experience, you will oversee Visitor Services staff, volunteers, and students. You will help deliver wildlife, wetland, natural resources, and environmental education programs. The position also includes retail operations, inventory controls, social media, vendor coordination, and event collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, motivate, and develop Visitor Services staff and volunteers
- Inspect facilities, grounds, trails, and educational displays weekly
- Plan and evaluate wildlife and environmental education programs
- Manage retail operations, inventory, merchandising, and POS controls




- Maintain social media and coordinate vendors and partner events

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience
- Previous supervisory experience leading teams operationally
- Valid first aid, CPR, WHMIS, and Class 5 licence
- Required background, vulnerable sector, and child abuse checks
- Solid communication, presentation, planning, and problem-solving skills
