Lead restaurant operations across the Greater Toronto Area with Foodtastic, focusing on audits, brand standards, and franchisee performance. Travel across multi-unit locations may be required.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Operations Manager partners with Managers and Franchisees across assigned restaurants. The role develops capabilities, improves operational performance, and supports memorable guest experiences. Accountability includes sales, performance, guest experience scores, Food Safety, and Associate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct restaurant evaluations covering brand standards, safety, and food safety
- Coach Managers, Franchisees, and employees on identified operational gaps




- Develop action plans improving restaurant performance and guest satisfaction
- Lead new restaurant openings and support business goals
- Establish business goals and financial targets with restaurant leaders

Requirements:

- Three to five years as a Regional Operations Manager
- Multi-unit experience preferred
- Post-secondary education
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach
- Robust communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
