As General Manager, you will oversee an enclosed shopping centre’s operations while working with owners and asset managers. Your responsibilities span budgets, revenue, expenses, tenant billing, maintenance, leasing support, sustainability, and staff leadership. You will help achieve business objectives through accountability, service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of retail property management experience
- Leasing, maintenance, financial management, and leadership experience

- RPA or CPM designation preferred; Alberta licensing required or obtainable
