Lead U.S. outbound transportation at Spin Master, using freight expertise and cost analysis in a hybrid work model. Coordinate service targets across teams and providers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, U.S. and Canada Transportation, you will lead daily transportation operations and team workflows. Your responsibilities include budget management, carrier partnerships, rate negotiations, process improvements, invoice approvals, and delivery troubleshooting. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Management, Finance, Warehousing, and external 3PL providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily outbound transportation workflows and resolve tactical escalations
- Manage budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
- Build carrier partnerships and track service performance KPIs
- Negotiate rates through RFPs, spot quotes,



and shipment charges
- Improve consolidation, trailer scheduling, invoicing, and delivery coordination

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, or related business
- Supply chain operations experience focused on cost management
- Expertise managing FTL, LTL, and parcel freight operations
- Experience coordinating workflows and mentoring logistics team members
- ERP and transportation management systems proficiency; SAP and ShipERP preferred
