As Tech Lead, you will own the technical vision for Xsolla’s anti-fraud platform and services. You will guide engineers across technical architecture, fraud prevention, and risk systems. The work spans real-time transaction scoring, rule engines, decision workflows, and Anti-Fraud Systems integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own anti-fraud platform technical vision and architecture
- Design real-time transaction risk scoring systems
- Lead AFS integrations and third-party provider decisions
- Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance
- Mentor engineers and handle complex fraud incidents

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of software engineering experience
- Significant fintech or payments engineering experience
- Experience designing or leading Anti-Fraud Systems
- Backend skills in Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar
- High-volume, low-latency distributed systems experience
