Diagnose and repair Calfrac well-servicing equipment as a Heavy Duty Mechanic Journeyperson focused on safety and efficiency. Work remote field assignments when required.

This Maintenance Department position reports to the Maintenance Manager and handles daily repairs and preventative maintenance. The work emphasizes equipment diagnosis, timely repairs, accurate paperwork, and safe operations. You will also support apprentices and new employees while maintaining Calfrac’s customer service standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair well-servicing equipment safely
- Complete daily repairs and preventative maintenance
- Mentor apprentices and recent employees
- Verify, document, and complete repairs accurately
- Participate in inspections, modifications, campaigns, and recalls

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright certification
- Four to five years of related experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence or equivalent
- Satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Adequate tools for the Heavy Duty Mechanic trade
