As Director, Clinical Development Change & Transformation Lead, you will deliver change management across clinical development. You will translate transformation roadmaps into workstreams, redesign processes, and build relationships with Therapeutic Areas and Clinical Operations. Your work will support responsible, compliant AI adoption and captured benefit.
