ACCIONA seeks an experienced finance skilled for general finance support, accounts payable backup, and compliance activities. The position supports schedules, transaction investigations, month-end processes, affiliate tracking, and project financial administration. It also coordinates information across procurement, subcontract, cost control, and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and month-end supporting records
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
- Track affiliate invoices, recharges, payments, and balances
- Provide invoice review, coding, matching,



and approval backup
- Coordinate audit requests, schedules, and supporting documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Eight-plus years’ accounting or finance operations experience
- Knowledge of reconciliations, accruals, payables, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP and project financial systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting
