The Occupational Therapist manages assigned caseloads and provides individualized care within Regional Therapy Services. You will collaborate with clients, families, multidisciplinary professionals, management, and external agencies. The position includes documentation, treatment planning, health promotion, discharge planning, and supervision for students or provisional Occupational Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and prioritize assigned Occupational Therapy caseloads
- Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for clients

- Document care according to policies and professional guidelines
- Supervise students and provisional Occupational Therapists

Requirements:

- Active Manitoba Occupational Therapy practicing licence
- Current Basic Life Saving Certification within twelve months
- Manitoba Class 5 licence and personal vehicle access
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs and information technology
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
