As a Lead Business Analyst, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of global Money Market projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global Markets Treasury technology projects across teams and geographies
- Support North America and Latin America business users
- Clarify requirements with trading, operations, risk, and technology stakeholders




- Document functional requirements guiding solution design and delivery
- Protect trade booking system stability through testing collaboration

Requirements:

- Six or more years in business or systems analysis
- Experience leading large-scale global projects across multiple teams
- Robust knowledge of Money Market financial products
- Experience supporting users across multi-regional environments
- Understanding of Agile, deployment workflows, and critical systems architecture
