Worley seeks a Senior Manager, Project Management to oversee capital project planning, execution, and closure. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting technical, safety, and quality standards. You will manage teams, contractors, stakeholders, scope, risks, contracts, and financial performance across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hold accountability from project initiation through closeout and handover
- Lead integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Quality teams
- Establish budgets, schedules, controls, and corrective actions
- Manage risks, opportunities, HSE,



and quality requirements
- Oversee contractors, suppliers, contracts, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements:

- At least 15 years in a Senior Project Manager role
- Direct Oil and Gas or Heavy Industrial Construction experience
- Expertise in delivery methods, contracts, and Project Controls
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Alberta P.Eng. designation or ability to obtain
