The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads transformation activities for SAP deployment across IPEX’s network. Reporting to the VP, ERP Business Transformation, this senior business counterpart partners with ERP Delivery, Change & Training, Data Governance, business process owners, site leaders, and IT. The focus includes process standardization, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, deployment governance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the enterprise business readiness strategy for ERP deployment
- Establish future-state processes using SAP standard capabilities
- Lead readiness reviews with executives and governance teams




- Drive adoption across manufacturing, supply chain, and functional teams
- Coordinate master data governance, controls, and quality

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business
- Ten to fifteen years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-year ERP deployments
- Experience deploying standardized processes across manufacturing locations
- Experience influencing senior operational and functional leaders
