Lead civil design and project management for EXP in Brampton, coordinating land development work across southern Ontario. Build client relationships through technical delivery.

EXP seeks a Civil Project Engineer or Project Manager with five to seven-plus years of relevant experience. The work covers medium to large-scale land, site development, and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project controls, and advance your client contact capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage projects across southern Ontario
- Control project scope, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate design engineers, drafters, surveyors, and inspectors
- Develop relationships with clients and agencies
- Oversee municipal, provincial, and federal approvals

Requirements:

- Relevant engineering degree or diploma
- Ontario P.Eng. or C.E.T. license
- Five to seven-plus years of relevant experience
- Stormwater management and site servicing knowledge
- AutoCAD experience; Civil 3D is an asset
