As an IT Analyst, you will manage projects and oversee technology acquisition and deployment across British Columbia offices. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, troubleshoot systems, and explain technical concepts clearly. The work supports efficient organizational responsibilities through reliable technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate IT service delivery, projects, and technology asset deployment
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk support
- Investigate hardware issues and perform minor system repairs
- Log, monitor, and review incidents and requests




- Assist and train users on effective technology use

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, IT diploma, certificate, or three years’ experience
- Excellent communication and qualified demeanor
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

- Valid provincial driver’s license and approximately 20% travel willingness
